Being a long time business owner I knew exactly what I was getting into when I bought a struggling indoor family entertainment center. I knew it would take a lot of hard work and creativity to bring that party center back to its full potential. What I didn't realize is the intense complications that come with managing a large indoor party center, a large staff of part-time employees, numerous vendors, not to mention the customers. As I got the business back up and running the management became more and more complicated and my other businesses were starting to suffer. I decided I needed to make a drastic change in my business operations if I was going to be able to sustain the growth that we were achieving. This was the birth of my business automation idea Party Center Software. What would life be like if I could automate everything in my business? Automating party bookings, invoicing, accounting, vendor orders, employee scheduling, schedule swapping, time cards, and everything else we do. I wanted to find a system that any of my employees could use with ease but would still do all the things needed to make life easier. After months of searching for the perfect software to provide for my needs as an indoor party center, I realized that the price tags were very high, some in the tens of thousands of dollars and none of them really helped to improve my business process. Most of them were just bulky point-of-sale systems that did little of what I needed. I came to the conclusion that I needed to create my own software specifically for my needs. After I contacted a few of the people in the indoor party industry about my idea, I found that they all wanted to know more about the software and when they could start using it. I then realized there was a huge need for a system specifically designed for the indoor party centers. We have been developing and using the software for years. I can say that our 30% increase in revenue had a lot to due with our efficiencies in using the software (along with an intense and effective marketing strategy). With the software we have eliminated double bookings, missed vendor orders, employee scheduling issues and misplaced invoices or payments... Not to mention we now have instant access to all our business data and can easily market to our customer base through the software.
